Our small-group outdoor fitness program starts 29 March
What is the 6-Week Outdoor Bootcamp?
The program will last for 6 weeks and you can participate in two 50-minute workouts per week. All trainings are offered outdoors with 1.5 meters distance and will include varied trainings such as strength, HIIT and circuit workouts including bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells and booty bands (all provided).
How does it work?
You can sign up for 2 small-group trainings per week (for example, Monday and Thursday evenings). The maximum number of participants will be 6 people per group. These will be your consistent training sessions. Locations availablein Museumplein or in Amsterdam Oost.The cost is €165 for 12 trainings.
What if I miss a training due to a scheduling conflict?
Though we'll try to stick to our committed training days, if you miss your scheduled training you have the option to join another group that week instead.
What if I am a beginner or I just haven't worked out much lately?
The trainings are designed for all levels of fitness. Every body is different which is why modified or alternative exercises are always offered.
