What is Outdoor Bootcamp?
Join for 50-minute group workouts. All trainings are offered outdoors with 1.5 meters distance and will include varied trainings such as strength, HIIT and circuit workouts including bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells and booty bands (all provided).
How does it work?
Use the Google Sheet to sign up for the classes you'd like to join each week. All trainings are in Amsterdam Oost (covered rain location is nearby). Each class costs €10 and participants can pay via tikkie after class.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please try to notify the trainer if you are not able to join the class you signed up for. You can also remove your name from the google sheet to indicate your cancellation. If there are less than 3 participants signed up for class, the class with be cancelled.
What if I am a beginner or I just haven't worked out much lately?
The trainings are designed for all levels of fitness. Every body is different which is why modified or alternative exercises are always offered.
